Yes we're parents and like you we want the best for our kids. So when it was time for their first haircuts and we couldn't find anything we liked we did something about it.

We opened our first salon on Yonge Street in downtown Toronto in the spring of 2001 and have kept busy refining our delivery, design and layout. We manufacture our own arcade seating and each salon is designed as a colorful distraction for you and yours. We have also been growing. We have 14 locations in Ontario and have opened in Vancouver and Calgary, we have quickly become the largest in Canada.

We are successful because of our staff. Most of our stylists are moms and know exactly what you and your children require. Area managers conduct regular training sessions and Paul Spindler our co founder and C.O.O. visits all the salons regularly and speaks with clients daily.

At Melonhead we strive for nothing less than perfection. A lot of time and care went into creating our line of hair care products. They are made locally in small batches - our kids love them and so will yours.
